So ill just get right to the case.
What happens is first i will hear some audio cutting and after a while the audio will only be in one ear, i usually just restart my soundcard when that happens and it fixes it. Then after a while my game will crash and then usually skype or obs and then chrome and if i try to open my game, in this case LoL it will automatically crash and the same with google chrome until i restart my computer. And if i try to listen to music on spotify it will work for 1-5 secs then just cut out, i then have to skip the song and the music turns on again for another 1-5 secs.

If your PC itself is crashing, then this is not the fault of OBS itself -- this is generally an issue with hardware. Could be almost anything (such as overheating for example), or just something that's causing your system to become unstable.

But my whole pc isnt crashing, and this only happens when im streaming so its obviously something with obs, i can do all the things i said in the first post without obs streaming without any problems but when i run obs after a while my pc will just bug out and crash programs on launch or randomly but the pc wont crash just programs and audio will be distorted then just disappear randomly.

Streaming puts a lot of stress on a number of components of your system. If one of them was faulty, OBS would expose that problem in the way it currently is.

I'd look into running something like a memory test for starters.

You should Google memtest86. You should be able to find a usb bootable version of it. You just slam it in, boot up the computer and it should run the test itself. Always be sure to let it run several complete cycles.

Linx only catches some errors for initial overclocking setup. I'd definitely recommend running prime95 overnight to see if your system is stable.
