Pausing Every 2 Seconds

Been having problems with OBS for over a month. Main issue is that when I stream, it keeps pausing every 2 seconds to buffer. I tried all the basic settings like nvenc/x264, fps to 30, etc. but none of it works, its a consistent 2 second buffering. At first I thought it could be my internet, but I stream tersted on Xsplit and on the PS5 and I have no streaming issues at all. I wonder if anyone has a solution to this problem?

also have a pic of what comes out red. Again, main issue is OBS buffers every 2 seconds, streaming is fine on xsplit/ps5

Also, the log shows IPv6 connection (new standard). Instead you may try to bind to IPv4 in OBS Advanced settings and try again.

Thank you very much! This fixed the issue, I had this for almost a month, thought if I let it be for awhile it would fix itself (worked once after an update). This one was persistent but it works now. Thank You again.
