Question / Help Parts of intended display window is transparent/white.

I'm beginning to stream creating items for a game called Trove which is voxelbased, I'm having an issue where the area where the model is displayed shows up as white, but prior to this, the white section was actually transparent on stream, allowing me to see behind the program on stream, which I do not want. Please help!
