Overloads, slowdown and issues in recording. Please help me!

Alright, I took a look at the Intel driver and processor links you sent to me, but I don't know what to do. The framerate is more consistent, though there are times when the encoder overloads, and when I use a video editor, the recordings tend to not be smooth, like something heavy is loading. It may be the project that is big, I suppose, though it can make things misleading when you try to prepare a video for the release. What would you recommend me to do?

My processor is an i3. I dowloaded the update for the driver, yet the overloads seem to worsen, as well as the rendering delays. Did I download the wrong thing, like something that doesn't mesh well with my computer? What's worse, the software for recording doesn't even seem to recognize the encoder anymore, and I didn't switch into a new one. Do I have to install Quicksync? Do I have to alter the bitrate?
