Hello,
I did a test stream of Saints Row The Third today, and I noticed in the log that there are a LOT of lagged frames. Here's the video in question: http://www.twitch.tv/thedigitalbench/b/349975179
As you can see, it looks a bit muddy and does not reliably run at a measly 40fps. It will look smooth sometimes, but during high motion (driving, running) you can see that it dips. My system is powerful enough to capture at 60, and as shown below, I have plenty of bandwidth.
Log:
So what gives? Do I have a setting off or something? I'm doing Windowed capture as Saints Row 3 does not support Gamesource capture. I've read that Twitch is having some issues this week due to hardware upgrades. Could this be the cause or did I mess something up?
