I am using Game Capture Mode and I have set the output resolution to 1920x1080. For some odd reason it will not let me switch from Custom resolution to monitor resolution.
The image looks somewhat pixellated. The best analogy I have is that it looks like a satellite TV system just before rain is about to cause a total loss of signal. It looks smeared. By comparison, the output of the free version of FRAPS looks exactly like the output of World of Tanks, which is what I am recording.
I have CBR enabled. I've switched the output file from FLV to MP4 and there is no change. I am stumped as to the cause of this, because I have seen MP4 encoded videos of youtube battles that look great.
Should I select Encode Full Range? Will that help?
