I'm trying to stream PS4 gameplay using the Elgato Game Capture HD. I'm using OBS 0.655b x32 and Elgato 2.20.2 If I output the audio to stream it is flawless and works fine, but if I output to desktop so that I can hear audio through headset it gets staticy and stuttery.
I wasn't able to find much on this issue when searching. One site said to enable the WaveOut Audio Renderer, but that actually made the choppyness much worse.
