Question / Help Other People Echoing...

Hello!

Some quick info,
I'm using Razer Megalodon headsets, win7 x32, headset is plugged into a usb 3.0 port, etc etc.

I'm having a weird issue when I record/stream gameplay. My audio comes through fine, but other people echo when they talk. It sounds like they're in an echo chamber and despite days of tweaking my headset/voip settings, their echo won't go away!

Watched a while and i could only hear one other person? (besides yourself)

Only thing i can think of is that perhaps he has a echo/reverb on in his mic/mixer settings?
 
I am having an issue to where i record a gameplay and i dont echo, but the other person in my video echos and it sucks. I wish there was more sources for solution on the internet for this!
