Optimized settings for Intel UHD 620

Use the Auto-configuration Wizard (tools menu) and apply the recommended settings.
8GB of RAM is not enough. you need at least 16GB.

As per the analyzer, your hardware isn't enough:

QuickSync is not my area of expertise, but you appear to be ignoring OBS' BIG READ warning to NOT record to MP4. Just don't. remux afterwards, otherwise you are just asking to lose your recording.

As to RAM, I defer to others. But certainly, optimizing your Operating System for being under-powered can't hurt (so being aware of and possibly addressing thermal throttling, making sure unnecessary background process not running, default or other eye-candy disabled, etc)... but beware YouTube nonsense (of which there is a LOT) ... I recommend looking for guides on optimizing an OS for VDI environments to be a better starting point than fools selling snake-oil solutions to the ignorant
