Hello my pc specs are

i5-4690
8gb ram
Gtx770 Zotac
Upload: 4mb/s

In which resolution will i be able to stream ? Mainly play CS:GO, H1Z1, Dayz etc
 
Why Quicksync ?

i think my cpu is not used that much when having 60fps x264 and it has better quality :D, but ur the boss tell my why im stupid :D :D

@Edit3 (DUMBASS XD) i read some informations and it seems like my haswell i5 has better quality encoding that the previous generations so it will be not so much difference compared to h264 am i right ? XD

quicksync just keeps your CPU free to run your games to its fullest potential, without being hindered by the stream encoding. It's especially important for i5's which don't have hyperthreading.
