I've been wanting to stream for a while now, however my laptop doesn't wanna cooperate. I'm currently trying to save the money to get a better computer, but is it possible for me to stream without severe frame drops until then? Here's my laptop specs:
Model: Toshiba Satellite C655
Processor: AMD E-300 APU with Radeon Graphics 1.3 GHz
RAM: 3GB installed.
Whenever I do try to stream, the VOD is very laggy. Is it possible for me to fix this? Or do I have to wait until I get my desktop set up?
