Question / Help Optimal Settings

Hello, I need help with my streaming settings. I would like to stream at 720p while maintaining a very high frame rate in CSGO. I am running 1080p on a 144Hz monitor. These are my current graphic settings:

When I stream I run the game full screen windowed. With my current OBS settings I cannot maintain 140fps. I would like to maintain over 140fps constantly.I have my fps_max on 200 in CS GO. I have preview disabled on OBS and on twitch.

MY PC SPECS:
  • AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core (30-60% usage while streaming)
  • MSI Radeon R9 280X 3GB
  • 16GB RAM (20-45% usage while streaming)
  • 1TB Hybrid and 120GB SSD

do some research, go ahead with some settings and we can help you out..

but doing an entire configration setup for you should not be the way to ask for help.

Post is now updated with logfile. As of now I am using a 2200 bit rate, down scaling the video to 720, and recording at 40 fps. Sadly I cannot maintain 140fps while streaming. I have a lot of frame drops at the moment. Also my video quality does not look the greatest. When I move it appears very blurry. Should I try lowering my frames, increase my bitrate, or downscale my resolution?
