Hello, my spects are : Intel Core i5 3570K , My upload speed is 10mb/s. I tried to stream in 1080p, 60FPS, 3500 bitrate and very fast perset but it was lagging and frames were dropping. Can you tell me wich setting should i choose for best quality ? If i can stream in Full HD or just in HD. Thanks

1080p60fps is a bad idea for live streaming. Flash player can't really handle it, and frankly neither can your i5 for most games. It also requires a really high bitrate that most viewers will be unable to sustain from Twitch. Drop down to 720p60fps at around 2500 bitrate

No, just don't stream 1080p60fps, it's really not suitable for livestreaming. Stick to 720p60fps, seriously.

The buffering is because the bitrate is too high, and the connection between the viewer and Twitch isn't solid enough to handle the bitrate being thrown at it.

Hey guys my specs are

Processor: 4770K

GPU: Gigabyte GTX 770 2GB

RAM : Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB

Liquid Cooling: Closed Loop Corsair H80i

Motherboard: ASUS Maximus Gene VI

Power Supply: Corsair CX600

Case: Corsair Carbide Series Air 540

Upload / Download - 5 Up and 30 Down

Suggestions on my settings besides looking at the twitch OBS guide that was posted Late Fall?

You absolutely do not need more than 2500 bitrate for 720p60fps on LoL. There's no way the quality looks "horrible" unless you have unreasonably high expectations.
