While trying to setup a stream for Hearthstone, i bumped into the high encoding error. Since i am new to streaming, i might have probably messed up in the settings. Can anyone suggest me the best setting judging by these specs and internet speed?

Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1
Processor: AMD Phenom(tm) II X2 565 (2 CPUs), ~3.4GHz. First core seems disabled.
Memory: 8192MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 11
Card name: AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series
Display Memory: 4095 MB
Dedicated Memory: 2035 MB
Shared Memory: 2060 MB
Current Mode: 1680 x 1050 (32 bit) (60Hz)

Download: 68.35 mbs
Upload: 43.73 mbs

If anything else is needed for better suggestions let me know.

Edit: Adding OBS log files:

First log is older than the second one one, second is where i ran a quick test on one ranked game in Hearthstone. Let me know if these are the right ones.

Your CPU is pretty weak for live streaming and can't keep up with the settings you're trying to use in OBS. You can try downscaling to a lower resolution and/or switching your x264 preset to superfast under Settings > Advanced.

What resolution do you rec. regarding my CPU? Currently it is 1600x900 with aspect ratio 16:8. Resolution downscale is
1. 50 (1066x600), Filter - Bilinear, 30 fps and aero enabled.

Experiment and see if any of the lower resolutions give you acceptable performance. Don't forget to try adjusting your x264 preset as well.
