-HDD 1TB WesternDigital Caviar Blue
-Monitor Horizon 1440x900 60Hz

I'm streaming CSGO,Minecraft and League Of Legends.
With OBS I'm streaming on Twitch and I make videos for YouTube.

If you are a non-partnered Twitch streamer, the 'Golden Point' is 720p@30fps, 2000kbps.

Beyond that, there is no optimal settings based on hardware; there are a lot more variables than a part list encompasses.
