So I've been using OBS for a good while, I love it.
However my frame rate in game while streaming isn't too great mainly because of my CPU. Can any of you give me a rough idea of what settings I should be rocking here? I would love to stream at higher than 45 FPS c:

SPECS: CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad @ 2.66 GHZ (4 Cores)
RAM: 4 GB DDR2
GPU: EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750Ti SC Edition

I have also attached a Log file from my last stream, you can take a look at that as well :)

Are you trying to use a custom NVENC preset? If so, put it back on "Default" and see if that helps. You'll also want to make sure CS:GO's frame rate is capped if you're running in borderless window mode or in fullscreen without vsync, or the game will max out your CPU on its own and leave nothing for OBS to work with.

llhp (low latency high performance) is one of the worst nvenc presets tbh...

try using high quality, blue ray or low latency high quality (llhq) the default preset is equal to high quality if i remember it correctly.

nvidia claims that the gtx 750 has the same encoding power as all the other cards with nvenc so you shouldnt have those performance problems

another try would be to disable your webcam and see if that helps
