Question / Help Optimal Settings for my PC

Hello.
Can you help me with the settings of OBS,for youtube recording,games.
My PC:

CPU: Procesor Intel Core i5 4460 3.2GHz box
RAM: Patriot Signature Line 4GB DDR3 1600MHz CL11 Single Rank 1.5v
HDD: WD Blue 1TB SATA-III 7200 RPM 64MB
Placa de baza: ASRock B85M-DGS
Super Flower Golden Green HX SF-450P14XE(HX) 450W
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 960 2GB GDDR5 128-bit
Carcasa: Segotep Fighter C Black-Red
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64.
 
with only 1TB of storage, that will go extremely quick with local recording at high quality.
Uncheck CBR (which enables VBR) and set quality balance to 7.
I would recommend 720@30fps set buffer to 0 which will tell the encoder to use as much quality as necessary. set profile to high ( both setting are for local recording only!) this will give you great quality but wont use up to much space until you get a bigger drive to storage. That should be a good enough starting point.
 
I have an Amdx4 760k 3.80ghz and an gigabute r9 270 OC and 8 gigs of ram and want to record at 720p60fps
Can you tell me my settings?
 
I have a problem!
After i record respective game,i can't render video.
Error type : https://www.imageupload.co.uk/images/2015/04/27/Untitled.png and and in rest of the programs can not play the video file and the program crashes. I use the default settings,but i tryed different settings and don't work.
Might want to post a logfile in this case. have you tried changing the format to flv in OBS? flv seems to be more recoverable in case of crashes

Apparently its an issue with Camtasia Studio. things recommended to try is run it through handbrake, or the solution video at the end.
