Question / Help Optimal settings for League of Legends

Hey guys,

im looking for optimal setting to streaming League of Legends.
This is what i got with my currently settings - http://www.twitch.tv/fenix9212/b/582105407
It is not pretty good , video stuttering a little.
I need your help , how should i set my max bitrate , quality , CBR and CFR ( on or ff ) , process priority ( current above normal ) and of course x264 CPU present - very fast is currently.

My PC:
-Intel Core i5-4590 3,3 Haswell
-MSI Radeon R9 270 OC Gaming
-Crucial 8GB RAM DDR3 1600 Hz
-Benq Monitor 1920/1080 resolution

could you be more precise with your stuttering issue?

settingswise for streaming

cfr and cbr enabled

veryfast (default) preset especially on an i5

process priority depends some people leave it at normal others put it at above normal and then other also use high
makes your cpu favour obs over some other tasks like skype or whatever when it would come to performance dips.

bitrate is really important unpartnered streamers especially in the european room tend to have problems when they are using a high bitrate 3500 is quite high in this case, usually its recommend to stay around 1500-2500 bitrate if you are not partnered with twitch and this bitrate also forces you to use a downscale of 1.5 down to (1280x720) since 1080p would tend to look really bad.
