Question / Help Optimal LoL streaming settings for my speed

I'm trying to setup for LoL streaming for at least 720p and I have a more than capable computer, but my connection might not be as great:





So far I've got 1100 Max b/r (probably need to lower that), video reso downscale of 1.50/lanczos filter and 60 fps.
x264 CPU preset is veryfast
x264 encoding profile is main
keyfram interval is 2

Computer specs:
i5-3570k (OC'd to 4.3ghz)
560ti in SLI (getting around 200+ fps in game)
8g RAM @ 1600
Win 8.1

Any help is appreciated!!

Looks like a low bitrate issue (you have 4000kbps upload) this means you can comfortably use more bitrate to increase the quality. For a game like league of legends you wanna increase your bitrate to around 2000kbps for 720p30fps.
