Question / Help Opinions on setup

Currently I am using an avermedia live gamer portable to record my games and such, however on my laptop I do not have the CPU speed to both stream and play games. I'm wondering whether a Dell Venue 8 Pro (Intel® Atom™ processor Z3740D (2MB Cache, up to 1.8GHz Quad-Core) has the processing power to just solely stream from an input device (LGP stream engine). I have found a video of someone playing a game and recording using OBS on the tablet here, however I'm not certain on the CPU impact between recording and streaming. Thanks!

I guess he probably used QuickSync as the processor would really struggle to even run a simple video encoding. What I can say is that I would definitely recommend a more powerful CPU if you plan to stream someday. Recording, like that youtube video, is maybe possible with quicksync.
