Question / Help Only records for 1 second

I'm sorry if this has been answered somewhere already.. But I just downloaded OBS about 3 days ago, my version is v0.652, and it'll only record my gameplay for 1 second.
I usually play ROBLOX, if that'll help.

Your cpu is extremely bad, it is not good enough to stream/record and play a game at the same time.
