Question / Help Only records audio with black screen - preview window looks fine

Hello. I reformatted my computer a few days ago, before that, OBS worked fine and I was able to record and stream massive videos without problem.

I've copied my exact settings from before, and tweaked them a lot while trying to get it work, and it seems like no matter what I do, it doesn't record the game (or window, which i also tried).

After trying many different values, I set bitrate to unlimited (by setting it to 1000 and buffer to 0 as informed by guides) and I can see that it tries to use 1000kbs for a second and then drops to about 200kbs, so I think it's not even trying to record video maybe?

I'm using VLC to run the video files as I always have done.

I have a pretty good computer (i5, radeon 7970HD) and as I say, it worked fine in the past.

My best guess is maybe I'm missing something, like a driver or codec, but everything seems to be in order...

I'm trying to upload logs but it's far too long... I'll try cut it into multiple posts.
