Question / Help Only Game Capture LAGS

I would suggest turning off whatever other hook is hooking your game (OSDs, overclock utils, etc). Also put your preset back to veryfast, your CPU can't handle medium.
 
Mmmmmmm... I have no idea what other hooks are there... How do I find out?

I have an Asus motherboard, could it be one of the programs? I bought the computer pre-built so I have no idea what might be the program that's hooking it.

Do you have Fraps, DXTory, Overwolf, Razer Gamebooster, or any other program that hooks into games? If so, disable it.
 
None of those. How do I post a list of processes? The only ones I can think of is Avast, audio switcher, corsair utility engine (for keyboard), Nvidia streamer service (idk what this is)
 
Ok,

I see you use Avast. These programs can sometimes interfere. Try closing Avast, and let us know how it goes.

you have nvidia gaming experience geforce experience, uninstall that. disable in-home streaming and broadcasting from steam. try that to start

also dont watch your stream while you play, and disable the preview window in OBS.

yes that.

steam broadcasting and the OBS preview window are some of the bigger things that lag out in-game

link me to it. I'll take a look. you cant always rely on what you see. you have to rely on your viewers, and mostly, its out of your control as long as you're not going crazy with bitrate.
 
The new OBS is AMAZING. fixed ALL my problems. I'm also able to stream H1Z1 in quad SLI, unlike before which was just a black screen!!

really glad to hear that. I like it to, but im still transitioning. Its super powerful yet is coming along with porting a few features im waiting for. Mainly PTT. After it gets that, im switching
