Question / Help Only 1/4th of screen streaming

I just bought a 4k monitor. Only the top left part of my screen is showing. I checked some common problems such as the region, and I also created a brand new profile for this monitor, and disabled aero. It doesnt matter whether im in a game or on my desktop. Any suggestions?

Win 7
AMD Radeon 7950
FX-8350 8 core processor

We haven't done much testing with 4k. Could have something to do with the way the monitor is rendered, microsoft could be using multiple textures or something that we're unaware of.
 
Aww, ok, so it may be a compatibility thing. It only happened after I switched to the 4k monitor, so I was afraid of that. Thanks for the reply.
