Question / Help "One Moment Please..." when previewing stream

I'm trying to use my elgato to stream using OBS but unfortunately all I see is One Moment Please.....The elgato software itself works fine but for some reason when trying to use OBS all I get is "One Moment Please..."

Is there any fix to this?

im getting the same problem too im trying to stream my ps4 and i get the same message when i just record game capture hd it works fine no problem

If you're using the PS3/PS4 via HDMI, it can't record due to HDCP, a copy protection feature implemented by sony.

with one exception, you can use an hdmi splitter and it removes hdcp
used to do that with the ps3.
