No issues with 353.62 or older. .82., .95 and the new 358.50 all result with the same problem:
Video that is recorded at 30FPS plays back at 30FPS but looks like it is 15FPS. I tried with 60FPS and the playback looked like it's 30FPS. Basically it is halved.
It happens both on Windows 7 and Windows 10.
Doesn't happen with OBSMP.

More info: The video playback is smooth once I open it for editing in Premiere Pro but not any other video player I could think of like VLC or MPC-HC!
