Question / Help old game problem

hi guys.
I'm a young streamer and i have some bugs :/
i want to stream the game "grim fandango remastered" but when i do the screen capture juste freeze... and not on the game but on game is in first position in my screen. anyone can help me? thanks ;)

which capture mode are you using? game or window

and how does the game display, does it go to fullscreen, or is it windowed
