So I been streaming for over a year or so using obs and had no issues but I atttempted to stream an old game last night called
Mafia: The City of Lost Heaven
Now when I run this game without obs I get a solid 60 fps. But when I even attempt to use obs at all it causes a massive fps drop to about 10 fps. This is even when i'm using the preview mode and not actually streaming..
I attempted to run the game as administrator and it fixed the fps issue but then obs could not display the game at all.
