Bug Report Offline on Twitch after 1 minute

So I started streaming and as I view on twitch, I was online. All of the sudden my twitch goes offline. I noticed many times my quality on twitch goes from 720p+ to Best then goes offline. My OBS however is still streaming. If anyone has encountered this problem and manage to fix it, please advice me also :) Thank you
