Question / Help OBS & Xsplit Crash My Games

I was using OBS fine for the last couple days but today when I tried streaming The Witcher 3 and the game kept crashing, just having OBS or XSplit open while the game was running would make it crash. I tried Hearthstone and Heroes of the Storm and it was crashing hearthstone as well so I uninstalled and re-installed OBS but the issue kept occurring. I downloaded XSplit to see if OBS was the problem but XSplit also crashes The Witcher 3 and occasionally Hearthstone. If I do get a game to run then my twitch stream lags and freezes like crazy on both XSplit and OBS. This is the first pc i've owned in 10 years so i'm having a hard time trouble shooting the issue.

Well The Witcher 3 is currently a title that goes by "crash? Oh you're not alone". Do you have more crashes in general lately? As in do you experience an increase in crashes since the latest driver that has been installed. Assuming you're running latest drivers. These cause quite some crashes amongst users.

Apart from that, ever tried 64 bit OBS? Your PC is good to go so there's gotta be a driver issue somewhere.

Also I just saw someone reporting a issue with his webcam the Logitech C930e as you're having the same. Try unplugging that one? Only thing that really stood out to me to be honest.

I think the issue is with using game capture as one my of sources because I ran the Witcher 3 last night for an hour with monitor capture just fine.
