Question / Help OBS worked a week ago...

Hi I wanted to ask if anyone else has had this problem im having right now.OBS worked fine recording at 60 fps to record and even stream about a week ago,but now I keep getting high encoding.Iv tried lowering my specs and it is just looking very bad.What might have cause it to go from looking amazing and working at 60 fps to high encoding over a week?Iv been using OBS for months and it has been fine until like i said about a week ago.If you are able to point out a problem then thank you very much!
 
We might, if you were to provide some logs that actually show the problem. It might be a good idea to include one where you had no issues, and one where you did.

OBS didn't change over the course of last week, so something else has to have changed in your system.
 
Im also having trouble with obs finding my League of Legends window now but I could atleast find that before.I don't have the logs from awhile ago as I got rid of obs and reinstalled it trying to see if that would work sorry
