OBS wont stop recording

so when i try to stop recording it wont stop and have to keep pressing pause and then it eventually stops and remux it but stays on 0% and the file it gives is only a few kb not the full recording. here is my log

1. Your audio device has a sample rate that doesn't match the OBS Sample Rate. This can result in audio drift over time or sound distortion. Check your audio devices in Windows settings (both Playback and Recording) and ensure the Default Format (under Advanced) is consistent. 48000 Hz is recommended.
OBS Sample Rate: 44100 Hz
Headset Microphone (HyperX Virtual Surround Sound): 48000 Hz
Set the OBS Sample Rate to 48 kHz.
2. Change your frame rate from 141 to 60 or 30.
