Bug Report OBS wont start

I launch the OBS application, it doesnt start, i use it all the time but for some reason it wont work, ive uninstalled it twice, it shows up in my task manager, but isnt running , ive disabled antivirus and it still doesnt run,http://prntscr.com/9ilhot , as you see it shows up in task manager but is not running , and is unselectable from the alt tab menu , running the 64-bit version does the same thing, ending the task and restarting doesnt solve either.

Ive had the same problem and i cant find it in notification are either. :/

This can occur if you use Teamviewer and other software like ASUS Xonar drivers. Close any software like Teamviewer and ASUS Xonar apps that are trying to hook windows.

i have none of those apps. i tried to restart pc between reinstalling and uninstalling and everything

If you're able to stop by the live chat later today I'd like to try and debug this with a remote desktop session if you're OK with that.
