Bug Report OBS won't start up And keeps showing a weird message.

So, I was watching a YouTube video on how to add a music scroll wheel by the gaming careers to obs (which required me to download a program called snip) and when finally add it, It show up super big and then super small then big again. I closed the source to see that the preview is Frozen so I closed obs, Then as I try to start it up again It show an error message stating "Failed to initialize video: Invalid parameters"

1. Update your GPU drivers.
2. Disable Game DVR Background Recording https://obsproject.com/wiki/How-to-disable-Windows-10-Gaming-Features#game-dvrcaptures
3. base resolution: 2x16 and output resolution: 0x16 . Change these to 1920x1080 in %AppDaat%\Roaming\obs-studio\basic\profiles\ProfileName\basic.ini
4. Update Windows
5. Run OBS as Admin.

I've tried everything you suggested and it still didn't start up, I was behind on some up dates but it didn't work
