Question / Help Obs Won't record

Hello everyone. I'm new to Obs and having some trouble. It's obvious I didn't do my homework on Obs and I am having trouble trying to record. This is what keeps popping up when I hit start to record. See the file below and hopefully someone can give me answer. Thanks in advance.

I believe OBS needs at least direct x10 to run, do you have direct x installed ?

That won't matter, the GPU doesn't support DirectX 10, so he can't use OBS. His CPU is probably crap too.
