Ive spent all day trying to figure it out changing different settings also tried out xsplit, it held connection the whole time but i didnt know how to change resolution and such there. Sometimes OBS will connect and stay connected for 2 mintues 30 mintues 10 seconds its random but it always attempts to reconnect. About a year or so ago it worked perfect every day with dark souls where as now it cant stream a black screen well at all.

Here is what i think is the correct log file it might be a random server but all servers have not worked all appear similar to this http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=Jw6XXSA0

Also fresh install of windows 8 all drivers are updated and such.

amd r9 270gpu, intel i5 4430 quad 3.2 ghz
25mps down and 2.5up (i know its a bit low but im not looking for any fancy quality right now just tryin to get it stable)

A run of your log through https://obsproject.com/analyzer shows:
Code:
71% of your frames were dropped due to poor network conditions. Frames are dropped when data can not be sent fast enough to the server you have selected. This is caused by trying to stream at too high of a bitrate, or by the streaming server you selected not being able to accept the data at the rate you are sending.

Whatever server you're trying to use can't accept the ~1628kbit of feed you're sending it either by latency or routing issue.

Yeah but what can be causes of that? Like i said ive streamed this before same conditions and everything could ISP not route it well now? Ive tried all servers close to me and even a few not close

Use the streaming server closer to you, it helps a ton. Also be sure your kbit isn't over the amount your internet can goto as in if your internet can only hold 120kbit don't go over 120kbit, it is also smart not to goto the max either, 60k would be could as its in the middle.

Ive treid all servers, and i even use "OBS estimate" and tried that ive had it going perfect for dark souls wasnt super great quality but was watchable with the same internet and set up ive treid unisntall obs etc so its either obs side or ISP
