Recently, I had to reinstall Windows 10 as I was mistakenly running a 32 bit OS in a x64 Processor. My OBS and Elgato worked well in those circumstances, but I discovered that some issues I had while playing games could be due to the fact that my computer was being limited. Now, I cannot get Elgato to show up under devices in OBS; the only thing that shows up is in the audio section for (Elgato Sound Capture). I am running 32bit OBS.
My Computer Specs are:
AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight Core Processor 4.0 GHz
8GB RAM
64-bit OS, x54-based processor
AMD Radeon R9 200 Series
I have been through numerous forums and so far nothing has worked. My troubleshooting has included multiple resets, uninstalls and reinstalls. OBS has worked for other games I have streamed via PC since my OS update, but not the Elgato.
The capture device works in its own program, but not in OBS (not anymore).
I have (hopefully) attached a screenshot of where my problem is. Failing that, hopefully this imgur link still works.
