Question / Help OBS won't connect to server

I've been streaming fine using OBS for years, but today when I tried to stream OBS just waits about 40 seconds then says "reconnecting". OBS does this no matter which server I use (whether it be east coast, west, or even central). I've tried to look it up and fix the problem myself but it is to no avail.
