Question / Help OBS with VLC on OpenGL output lagging

Hello,

in new OBS version has been improved Game capture plugin. So I tried capture VLC, but the video in OBS is lagging :( . Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Or do you have another solution?

Game capture is only meant to capture games. Media players and other applications use DirectX and OpenGL in unexpected ways.

I know, i found program named vMix, but it too much expensive, but it works :) . It works as a webcam.
And that's why I'm looking for other free solutions.
 
VLC is great, but not stable :( . I have fully 30 FPS and after a while it falls on 10-15 FPS for 5-10 seconds.

Any other idea how to play video to OBS with external playlist? Or how to fix VLC?

Yes this works on 50% , playlist is working now as external but I can't pause video or change volume (when I change volume, playlist start again from the first video) .
I know, it's free solution, but with bad control while streaming.
