Question / Help OBS Windows 8.1 Dropped Frames

Hello everyone, i have the exactly same problem like this guy

All of settings in OBS is right consistent with my up.

have you tried updating your network drivers or do you have an asus mobo like the video you posted?

Hello and ty for the fast reply, but i dont know how to update my network drivers ? can you write me a instruction what i have to do ? I have the AMD graphic drivers, i tried to find a sometihn about this, but i cant find it
