It works fine. Just read the prerequisites and follow the instructions to the T.

That i3 330m chipset I believe falls under some integrated chipsets that do not support D3D10 infrastructure. This means, that it is using compatibility mode and probably will not work for OBS.

You can try OBS MP but since that chipset will be running without accelleration, you wont like the outcome.

Update to the newest build that was released this weekend. .654b?

I managed to solve the problem was with my antivirus removing one of the files of the CLR and VideoSource plugins.

Now it is working perfectly and my livestream this OP .

I have a serious problem with obs performance on windows 10. On windows 7 obs uses roughly about 20% of CPU (streaming 720p/3000K bitrate/veryfast preset on a 2500K cpu), but on windows 10 cpu usage got 2x higher and now about 40-50%. All settings and everything are the same, of course. Tried obs-studio, no difference. What might be the problem?

sounds to me like something else in windows 10 is using up that cpu. Start a new thread and post a link to your logfile from the help menu. Instructions above

Well, what may it be, if i look only on CPU usage of obs process itself? I'm not that dumb.

Same obs process was about ~20% on windows 7. Exact same settings, everything. Nothing has changed except OS.
I think there's some problems in screen capturing on windows 10, because when i remove the screen (window or game capture) CPU usage of obs drops to normal ~20%. No matter what i capture, game, or video player.
Here's last logfile: https://gist.github.com/f6832a30dc3b4b44f9fc
And here's another similar problem: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/performance-drop-on-windows-10.33983/

Start a new thread and post a link to your logfile from the help menu.

I will respond to it. Otherwise, this topic will be 100 pages in a few months.

I do not know if this is the right place to put this here, because i'm new.

But, there is something wrong when i use window capture.

As you can see in the picture, it is capturing the full window, but not putting it where it is suppose to be. This all started happening once i got windows 10.

again sorry if this is not the right place to put this here, and any help would be greatly appreciated.

yup, wrong place. This thread is mainly to gather info and post for Windows 10, it would be best to start your own thread as I believe this is resolvable with taking a look at your log. I posted instructions on how to post a log yesterday, make a new thread please
