Question / Help OBS window freezes when I attempt to start stream.

Hi.

So I tried googling and searching around for a fix to this, but I can't find anything that has the same problem I'm having.
I've been using OBS to stream to Twitch for over two years and this is the first problem I've had.

Whenever I open OBS and hit "Start Stream", my OBS window freezes, even if I delete all of the scenes and try to stream a black screen. It freezes so obnoxiously that when I press CTRL + ALT + DEL and try to end the OBS process, the window still stays open and frozen for 5-10 minutes on average. About 1 out of every 20 attempts results in my stream actually starting without problem.

Anyone have any idea what's going on?

Can't post logs because I have OBS uninstalled hoping an uninstall and reinstall can fix it. Posting from mobile

We need the log to be able to troubleshoot.

Can't post logs because I have OBS uninstalled hoping an uninstall and reinstall can fix it.

Uninstall doesn't remove the logs and settings, they may still be found and uploaded to show us.

2016-06-15-1746-04.log shows 2 different webcams.

Does the freezing problem go away with both webcams unplugged and then starting up OBS? If yes, problem is probably the webcam drivers/software.

It didn't freeze on preview with my webcams unplugged, so you likely found the problem. Thanks!
