Bug Report OBS will not stream

The crash log seems to be related to your start/stop stream hotkey. You might have to disable that hotkey to prevent that rash with whatever you're doing. Could you post the crash dump of that as well? The one in the crash log from:
C:\Users\jeremy\AppData\Roaming\OBS\crashDumps\OBSCrashDump2014-02-10_3.dmp

Also, I'd need to see a regular OBS log as well for the issue you're having where it's not streaming.
 
This doesn't actually look related to hotkeys, it looks like a regular stop streaming into breakpoint (80000003) because one of the threads was unresponsive. As Jim said, the regular log and crash dump should shed some light on it.

Also, it appears you're having audio stutter according to that log. Your scene buffering time is too low, causing those log messages. Increase "scene buffering time" in advanced to 700
 
just an update. if i dont use OBS in over 12 hours it will work but crash after about 4 hours of streaming. than i get the problems im having. i dont know if that will help or not
