OBS will not connect to Facebook Live

since the last update to OBS, we have been unable to connect to the Facebook Live server. When we run the connection test using the connection wizard, the OBS display window goes fuzzy like the Facebook window usually does but the Facebook window does nothing. We get the message that the connection has been made but the connection fails when we hit go live in OBS. We verified the Facebook live server was selected in OBS but could not find a place to verify that it was pointed at the correct server. This is the third week in a row that we have not been able to broadcast our Church service to Facebook for our shut-in members and we need help figuring out what is wrong. Any help would be appreciated.
re-installed OBS, checked for updates (none) and still cannot connect to Facebook. here is this morning's log file if that helps.

More general observations/comments

1. Are you intending to stream at such a low resolution?
10:15:00.490: video settings reset:
10:15:00.490: base resolution: 1920x1080
10:15:00.490: output resolution: 852x480
You are creating extra work for computer to rescale the video. Presuming you have 3-4mb/s upstream bandwidth available, you should be able to stream at 1080p. We've been streaming 1080p30 at 7mb/s to FB for years (was a problem on 10mb/s DSL at start of COVID-19, and we had to lower streaming rate 5+ yrs ago, but then ISP did a WAN upgrade and we've been all set since.

2. If you are on a cellular link, or end of a really long DSL line, with really limited upload bandwidth, then I get the low res streaming rate, otherwise, I'd seriously consider matching base and output resolution. If Guest WiFi using bandwidth is a problem, then I'd configure (or get) a router/firewall and set Quality Of Service for stream traffic to be prioritized well above Guest WiFi and probably all other traffic (relatively easy to set up).

3. And then there is the camera
- Not my area, but is that the right color space (format) for the camera?
And having an audio sampling rate that doesn't match your stream settings, may or may not cause issues (presuming you aren't using audio from that camera?) If you are using Audio from the camera, then I'd definitely recommend you change (at Operating System level) Audio sampling rate to be consistent
