Question / Help OBS / Webcam is Lagging HARD

I have used OBS for over a year now with no problems at all. I have had a worse computer than I do now and used similar settings and have streamed fine.

I am now streaming H1Z1 and my OBS is lagging hard. When clicking to change scenes it may take up to 10 seconds. When right clicking on sources to change say Gamma it may take 5 seconds before the options appear.

My Webcam seems to be lagged hard, .5-1.0 seconds desync with the audio. This has never been an issue. Normally I can watch the webcam match my movements with almost exact real time sync on OBS's Preview window. Now I can see the delay and its massive.

Here is the lag from my latest stream

if your not a partner with twitch you get back seated on the upload servers sadly
and streaming at 1080p @ 45 fps and above 3500 bitrate will cause you lagg and alot of desync
make sure obs is also set to a high priority in the advanced tab to stop the game taking over the cpu and drowning obs

I am a partner with Twitch so that should not be an issue.
I have used these settings for quite some time, I was even at 5.5k bitrate 1080p / 60fps in a game that one would argue is more demanding than H1Z1 and it ran fine.

Thanks for the suggestions tho, I will try the high priority.

IMO, have all primary sources set to global sources.

Code:
18:00:06: PERFORMANCE WARNING: Scene change took 1327 ms, maybe some sources should be global sources?
