OBS Video Software

I am using OBS on Windows 10.
After recording a Screen Recording in the MP4 format I upload it to Filmora Editing Software but for some reason the Filmora software will not import the OBS part after I edit and click export. All other parts export except the OBS recording? Any help will be appreciated.

I don't have the log file. Sorry..

Is this a remux of a MKV or straight MP4 record? If it's a straight MP4 record, start by recording to MKV for future use and then try remuxing the file to another MP4 using something like VLC or trim it (losslessly) a bit. If it's a remux from OBS, try remuxing the MKV to a new MP4 with VLC.
