Question / Help OBS Video Preview Lag When Streaming But not Lagging on Stream

Basically the video preview of my stream on OBS almost always lags when I stream which lead me to believe that my Stream was lagging, but when I look in the bottom I am not dropping frames, I am not having high encoding and when I ask my friends to watch my stream and tell me if its lagging and it's not.

remove monitor capture from your scene. in fact. only use 1 game capture per scene and make new scenes for different games (or uncheck them).

the monitor capture will just need to be flat out removed.

that log wasn't log enough to get a good idea of how your computer is handling this so do another test after you remove the monitor capture. as for the preview? if the end result is fine dont worry about the preview. the preview is just showing you what your end overlays will look like,
