Question / Help OBS Video Plugin

I'm trying to download the Video Source plugin and it downloads but when it does it downloads as a 7Z File instead of a Application extension. It has the Firefox logo next to it instead of the 3 books stacked on top like I see in the videos of other people downloading it. So my question is do I need to buy and download WinRaR or is there something else I can do?
