Question / Help OBS video is choppy but no in-game FPS drops.

Whenever i stream or record with OBS and i replay the video it looks extremely different from what i experienced in-game. So when i replayed the video the video was very choppy and had very low FPS.

If anyone could help me with this please reply.

It could be a number of things, It could be because you're used to higher fps and it looks different to you, i personally have that problem cause i run my stream at 30fps and i have a 120hz monitor so the perspective is completely changed for me. It could also be that your upload can't keep up with what you're streaming, you should post a log.
