Question / Help OBS Verworfene Frames probleme

ich habe vor ca. 2-3Wochen schon mal gestreamt und da war alles okay. Danach hatte ich ein wenig an den Einstellung rum gespielt und jetzt habe ich immer das Problem das ich Verworfene Frames habe beim Steamen, obwohl ich eine 50K Leitung habe.

Ich habe OBS erst über %appdata% zurück gesetzt aber das hat nicht geholt, danach habe ich OBS komplett runter geworfen und neu drauf gemacht.

ist halt alles Standart, aber müsste doch auch soo funktionieren.

Hat wer ein plan woran das liegt?

Ich habe einen FX 6300 8 GB Ram und die HD6950 2GB

I've only put about OBS % appdata % back but that has not brought , then I OBS thrown down completely and re-made it.

your problem is your connection is stalling, the bitrate is to high. the issue is between you, your ISP and twitch ingest.

EDIT: also set your scene buffering to 700ms
